VALENZUELA OLYMPICS
The citywide tournament for the Valenzuelano champions-in-the-making!
The Valenzuela Olympics, previously known as the WES Olympics, marks the inaugural sports tournament organized by the Sangguniang Kabataan of 33 barangays. The city government took the lead in initiating this tournament to inspire the Valenzuelano youth to proudly display their talents and foster a spirit of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and friendship among the players and barangays involved.
On June 2, 2023, the Valenzuelano Southeast Asian (SEA) Games 2023 medalists proudly led the way in lighting the cauldron, marking the official start of the event. Their remarkable achievements were duly recognized during the inauguration, symbolizing the city’s commitment to nurturing and elevating the abilities of our Valenzuelano athletes. In Valenzuela City, we strive to show that the youth here do not engage in vices but instead focus on positive pursuits.

VALENZUELA SPORTS PARK
The 5,000-square-meter sports park has an amphitheater, a playground, an outdoor gym, and obstacle courses.
The park’s obstacle course was built to also promote Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) among Valenzuelanos, including persons and learners with disabilities (PWDs and LWDs).
Located in Barangay Wawang Pulo, the Valenzuela City Sports Park is the first open-air sports park in the city built for residents and athletes.
