SOCIAL SERVICES

The Alagang Valenzuelano initiative of Valenzuela City is in place to ensure the wellbeing of every Pamilyang Valenzuelano in every situation.

There are different projects under this, such as the food voucher and food pack distribution during the Enhanced Community Quarantine period, the distribution of care bags to children with disabilities, the Enhanced K to 6 Citywide Feeding Program, and the Disaster Relief Pack distribution in times of calamity.

Medical Missions with various services in different barangays and public schools are also being held regularly for Pamilyang Valenzuelano.

Valenzuela City also has three (3) halfway homes that provide homecare assistance to the most vulnerable residents such as the neglected and abused children and seniors.

BAHAY KALINGA

Bahay Kalinga is a temporary home for marginalized people, as well as abused and neglected women and kids, established to take care of them and assist them in starting anew.

BAHAY PAG-ASA

Bahay Pag-asa is a halfway home for juveniles and children in conflict with the law. Aside from providing basic care, Bahay Pag-asa also prepares its beneficiaries to once again live with society.
