Because of all the great things that our Lolos and Lolas have done for Pamilyang Valenzuelano and Valenzuela City, the City Government gives back through the various services and privileges that the city has for senior citizens.

In Valenzuela City, there is the Bahay Kanlungan, a halfway home for the neglected, abandoned, and destitute elderly people; the Pasok sa Hulyo and Pamaskong Handog para kay Lolo at Lola, where senior citizens receive gifts in July and December; and the Dalaw ni Dok kay Lolo at Lola, a home visit checkup for the elderly.
