Used to be part of Polo, Bulacan, Brgy. Poblacion was founded by Padre Juan Monsod. Residents celebrate the fiesta of San Diego, their patron saint, every November 12 of the year. Brgy. Poblacion is wifely known as the site of the oldest church in Valenzuela City, the San Diego de Alcala Parish Church and the Mini-Rizal Park.
