In charge of registered documents, birth, death, marriage certificates, marriage licenses and judicial decrees affecting civil status, the Civil Registry Office is responsible for issuing, receiving and managing pertinent documents of its citizens. The Office closely works with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on demographic and other city statistics.
