The Bantay Bayan Office is responsible for maintaining peace and order as well as community development through the creation of a volunteer base to assist persons and agencies. Implementing existing laws and city ordinances related to peace and order, the Office assists the Valenzuela City Police and the Environmental Police Unit in crime prevention and preservation of public safety.
