Experience Valenzuela - Where to Go

Museo ni Dr. Pio Valenzuela

Barangay Pariancillo Villa

Built on the same site where the residence of Dr. Pio Valenzuela once stood, the Museo depicts the hero’s life story through the various memorabilia displayed within its walls. A reimagination of Dr. Valenzuela’s house based on the recollections of his grandson, Arch. Arturo Valenzuela, the museum allows visitors to relive the experiences of the man after whom Valenzuela City was named after.
Museo Valenzuela

Barangay Marulas

One of the city's main historical and cultural landmarks, the Museo Valenzuela used to house a vast collection of artifacts and memorabilia that trace Valenzuela's rich history and immense progress. The sprawling Museo, with its impressive architecture and preserved Spanish aesthetic, is a shining symbol of Valenzuela's heritage, and is likewise a choice venue for cultural and artistic events, as well as public seminars and conventions.
Arkong Bato

Barangay Arkong Bato

A linear park with a size of about 3,500 square meters adjacent to the historic stone arch, the Arkong Bato Park is a green open space that celebrates and relives Polo’s legacy as a gateway to Northern Luzon during the Spanish colonial period. It also pays homage to one of the City’s heroes, Capt. Delfin Velilla.
National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima

Barangay Marulas

The National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima is the first National Shrine in the Diocese of Malolos. A pilgrimage site home to the National Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Fatima, the Shrine is a center of Fatima devotion in the Philippines and in Asia.

Valenzuela City Sports Park

Barangay Wawang Pulo

Built to encourage an active lifestyle, this 5,000 square-meter park features an obstacle course racing (OCR) facility, an outdoor gym, a kids’ playground, and an amphitheater.

Polo Park

Barangay Poblacion

Dating back to the Spanish period when Polo was founded as a “pueblo,” the Polo Park is Valenzuela City’s oldest park. It bears a memorial marker commemorating the liberation of Polo during World War II, and public art displays by notable artists like a mural on Polo history by Juan Sajid Imao and statues of Dr. Pío Valenzuela and Dr. José Rizal in Dapitan by Julie Lluch.
