Named after the multitude of bignay trees that used to populate the area, Brgy. Bignay celebrates the fiesta of Our Lady of Lourdes every February 11. Bignay Elementary School, Bignay National High School, Divine Mercy Academy and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church are some of the known establishments and sights in the barangay.
