Ensuring that objectives, priorities, expenditure ceilings and fiscal targets on income are met, the City Budget Office issues budget calls and examine all budget proposals to consolidate it into the Executive Budget. The Office records, monitors and reports the release of appropriation and evaluates accomplishments as against the approved annual budget.
